I have never reviewed fragrances before but I love, love, love a good smell and wanted to share my new additions with you all.
I’m not even sure why but I usually buy high end fragrances, probably got that from my mum, she is obsessed with Chanel and Dior fragrances. My pockets are a little shallow for that. Some of my favourite fragrances are Candy by Prada, Gucci Rush and Viva la Juicy by Juicy Couture but at the moment my favourite fragrance has to be 1 Million by Paco Rabanne (please note I said 1 millon and not Lady Million, I much prefer the mens version of this fragrance).
Since moving out of my family home and across the country with my boyfriend I can no longer afford to indulge in all the high end fragrances that I love so I have been on a hunt to find some lower priced fragrances to add to my collection.
While catching up on my Youtube subscriptions I came across a Zara haul video from someone I follow and the haul included a perfume. I am a big fan of Zara so I decided to try out a Zara fragrance… or three.
I wanted to go for something a little grown up as I usually like really young and fruity scents. The first one I chose was Zara Woman 92 Champs Elysees, I’m not gonna lie I was sucked in by the beautiful bottle, the old fashioned bottle with the squeeze bulb was just too gorgeous to resist.
The notes in this fragrance are Bergamot, Jasmine, Patchouli and Caramel, although this fragrance is light and floral it is alot more grown up than some of the other scents that I tend to buy.
If you look closely you can see the fine silver dust suspended in the perfume which makes for a very beautiful bottle of yummy smell 🙂

The puff atomizer makes me feel very old school Hollywood but for practical reasons it is also very good because it dispenses a light mist rather than a full on shower of perfume.
The other two perfumes came in a double pack for only ÂŁ17.99, They are Black Peony and Powdery Magnolia. Initially I only wanted Black Peony and as that was ÂŁ12.99 on its own I figured why not spend the extra fiver and get a whole other 100ml bottle of smell good. I am actually really glad I did this because I now prefer the powdery magnolia over the Black Peony.
These bottles are less than impressive but for what I paid I shouldn’t expect the world. Â They are beautiful smelling perfumes though, I was very surprised at how much I liked all three of these scents.

Powdery Magnolia notes are Bergamot, Rose, Magnolia, Amber and Musk,
This one is so lush!!!!! it is such a beautiful light fragrance which I feel is perfect for summer and spring although I don’t change scents through the seasons, I just wear whatever takes my fancy at the time. The scent does make me think of summer time though.

Black Peony notes are  Bergamot, Freesia, White Peony, Pink Peony and Vanilla
When I went looking for fragrances at Zara this is the one I wanted to most because of the reviews I had seen and heard from people of favour the same types of scents as me and this is my least favourite of the three at the moment ( but who knows how long that will last as my favourites in my collection change all the time).
I am seriously shocked at how inexpensive the Zara fragrances are, my sister is coming to Derby to visit tomorrow and we always go shopping in town so I plan on popping into Zara and seeing what other fragrances I might like.
I am awful at describing what things smell like so I’m not even going to bother but I have told you what notes are in each of the perfumes I bought and I suggest popping into store to have a smell yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed.
